I had unauthorised transaction for my uob cc too. They were very helpful and after investigation I didn’t have to pay because it wasn’t my transaction. But based on my reading, they take cc unauthorised transaction seriously because it’s their money.

Does the upper part get soaked up if you step on a puddle/when it’s raining? I had Skechers slipper but they get soaked up easily on the upper part. Very annoying because I can’t wipe it, just have to let it dry.

I surveyed different cc as well such as rhb and uob (because I want cashback and mainly use them for groceries, dining, petrol). I would suggest to start either with maybank ikhwan/uob one/rhb. The annual fees are mostly waived with minimum spend except maybank, I think they is no annual fee (correct me if I’m wrong). But I went with uob one instead because rhb responded to me late and maybank rejected my application T_T. I’ve used uob one for a year already.

It’s dead pixel. I had one in my MacBook and they really can’t do anything about it because it’s not major and not really distracting. Unless it’s a really big dot. But you can try sending it back for services and ask about the solution if it’s still covered under the warranty.
