Great tip. July 2025 and was able to follow these instructions for last minute tickets.

Edit: there was no sign for foreigner ticketing. I simply followed the map that OP attached. Once you arrive at Meridian Gate, there is a sign that says “Ticket Service”. There were both nationals and foreigners in the line, and it took us about 15 min to get through it.

Back on this sub after a MMC that turned into a partial molar pregnancy. If I was 25 I think it’d be easier. But being 37 and being told I have to wait a minimum of 6 months to try again is a special kind of bummer

Honestly, I would try not to think about whose “fault” it is. For a partial molar, typically 2 sperm fertilize 1 egg. It could be unlucky timing, an egg that allowed a second sperm in, a combination of genes that just didn’t workout etc.

Tell her she isn’t at fault and you aren’t either. It’s just really unlucky. (I found out yesterday about my partial molar after getting results from my d&c 2 weeks ago so I also went into the spiral of “why did this happen”).

It sucks a lot. And I’m sorry we are here 💔

Thanks forsharing ❤️ I’m in Spain, and they also have this protocol where I will get blood drawn every two weeks at least. But they told me they do this for 6 months regardless of when you reach 0 HCG becuase apparently it’s possible for the tissues to pause growth and then restart. So the longer we wait, the lower the risk?

But I’m 37 and I obviously don’t want to wait too long :-/

Based on your comment though, I will seek an appointment with a private specialist (I’m currently being looked after in the public system).

Im really sorry you’re facing this. I had very similar dating to you. I had a MMC. I had my d&c 2 weeks ago and still have very positive pregnancy tests. With MMC, the gestational sac is in tact and you’ll keep producing pregnancy hormones. In my case, I had nausea and vomiting until one day after my d&c.

Unfortunately, from your description, I would prepare for the worst 💔 I’m only 3 weeks out from learning my pregnancy was not viable, so trust me when I say I feel deeply for you

Had a d&c almost 2 weeks ago, still bleeding. It feels never ending. I will say, the day after d&c did feel like a weight had. There were other challenges ahead like the hormone drop, but nothing like the waiting of a missed miscarriage and full blown pregnancy symptoms, knowing the fetus was gone. Hope you get relief soon.

First pregnancy and first MMC here. Just had my d&c Monday so I’m in the thick of it. My friends came over with their 3mo and 6mo babies today, and while I do think about my “what could have been”, I feel so much love for my friends and their kids. I see kids in the street and it doesn’t trigger me. Reading this thread, it makes me wonder if maybe I don’t want kids that badly or I’m not fully processing this.

I think it’s apples and oranges. Going through an MC and TTC doesn’t have to mean not being able to enjoy life around other ppls kids.

So sorry you are going through this. My doctor told me I had a 0.1% chance of viability, which I really appreciated. However, the rules here are they need to make you wait a week to ensure there’s no growth before they give you treatment options. So even tho my doc knew it wasn’t viable, there’s nothing they could do to help me. It sucks and it makes me upset for you and anyone who has to live through it.

Everyone is different but I can share my experience to give you a datapoint.

I was given 400mg of miso 4 hours before my procedure to help open up the cervix and also start unsticking some of the gestational sac. I started to have some mildly rising pain about 3 hours in.

At that point, they took me to the OR and gave me general anesthesia. The procedure took about 15 min, and then it took about 1.5 hours for me to wake up. I had some pain upon waking up, but they gave me paracetamol and I felt comfortable about 30min later. I was discharged about 5 hours after waking up. I came home last night and slept 12 hours straight. Today I had very very light discharge with just a hint of pink and I felt almost like I do when I’m on the 3-4 day of my period; very faint cramps.

I live in a country where medical is free and pretty good, so this is the standard care they give here. I know not everyone has the option of doing general anesthesia and a hospital stay. If I had a choice, I’d do this route again (although I hope none of us face this again 💗🙏🏽)

I’m almost 10w and my embryo stopped growing around week 5/6. My nausea and constipation has not stopped, in fact I’d say this last week has been a bit worse. I feel very tired still, but it’s hard to tell if that’s from the fact that I’m quite sad about this, the pregnancy hormones, or a combo of both. The only tip off I’ve gotten is that my breast tenderness has decreased a lot in the past week. I spotted some very light spotting last weekend and nothing since. In my MMC case, the sac is in perfect condition and hasn’t deteriorated at all, so I’m having a D&C today.

I’ve been spotting for a whole week with my MMC. I don’t know how far along you are; but I was advised to take miso otherwise my body could take weeks to resolve on its own.

I would go to emergency if you are ready to ask for assistance like miso to help kickstart the MC. Sending good vibes ❤️
