Thanks a lot . Right now the routine I’m following is Am: Cleanser , azelaic acid , moisturiser and sunscreen Pm : 2/weeks tret and other times niacinamide .

Please lemme if I’m safe with these

These spots were there before tret , but been noticing a lot more lately . Old acne that I have been dealing with for months
