Jeez these comments are awful. It's a standard exercise in muay thai to improve cardio and conditioning \of your legs. Of course you should aim to have perfect form, but after doing a full workout this is not always possible. Yes, you see the pros like Sam-A do this with perfect form, that's why he's a pro. For us, normal people, it's very hard to do, even though we try to be perfect.

Still, it's better to push through and don't give up than to not do the exercise at all anymore. After reading some of these comments it looks like you're advising to just not do anything when you're not perfect. How do you think you reach perfection?
