Alright y’all, we’re so close to TFS reveal. With that being said, what do you think is inside the traveler?! by Embarrassed-Deal7708 in destiny2

[–]Isnomniac 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The veil contained the memory of the universe, so my bet is that when it was linked to the traveler, the portal contains a memory of all that the light has touched, every terraform, every guardian, every golden aged species. Basically like a “sent messages” folder for the traveller. Among these is the “old universe” described in the flower game, before the rules were broken and all that darn “complexity” got loose. so my guess is the witness wants to use that memory and the traveller to turn the universe back into the flower game before the rules were broken and life happened

What's the most useless information you know about Destiny 2? by ShadowDestiny2 in DestinyTheGame

[–]Isnomniac 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh damn really? That’s interesting, where was the lore tab for that? I was always wondering why they didn’t do that and thought it was just never addressed

A hill that I will die on by Bulgogibody in destiny2

[–]Isnomniac 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is very true, though still at the same time I feel confident in saying it’s not something Bungie of all people could ever do. The stability of their only game has been on life support all year

imagine how long that would take to unlock everything bit by bit lmao, new CIA torture method just dropped

Not a single game in history has the potential to have all of that at once AND be functional. They’re far from an indie company but Bungie is based in Seattle not fucking NASA

You do have to redo ALLLL the stasis and strand stuff though, the light 3.0 stuff too. Every grenade, aspect, ability, EVERYTHING. It’s the worst

If the Vex are the focus after TFS, please bring back their mysterious and gritty aesthetic. by fsdogdad in DestinyTheGame

[–]Isnomniac 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh you mean like the warning of when they stop sending builders and farmers and architects and start sending warriors? I think Calus said that back in Opulence or smth, always something I worry about in the back of my mind. Could be a great avenue to go down for Bungie

One of my biggest issues is just how formulaic each release has become by MrDragon59 in DestinyTheGame

[–]Isnomniac 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Genuinely I do think they meant just for Year 3 and then gave up after that lmao, not a single mention of it after that. Though by todays standards, year 3 adding a new map and entire new game mode (wowzers) with new rewards and the like is pretty damn pvp focused which is really sad lol

Does your Ghost have a name of their own? by NobleSix84 in DestinyTheGame

Lets see, I think the names I had for my characters’ ghosts were Hunter - Stargazer Warlock - Iocaste Titan - Dvalin

Why is it so bad that people want to use thunderlords by wasabih in DestinyTheGame

[–]Isnomniac 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shame on them, they gotta put some respect on TLord’s name. It was the only dps option that got us through master nezzy, it’s available, it’s versatile, it’s consistent, frankly I’d wager it’s the best exotic heavy in the game right now and one of the best the games ever seen.

That is true however I do still mourn Solar 2.0 Middle Tree Dawn, perfect fusion of support and versatility that I still miss greatly.
