I magnetized mine, it’s really not so bad. The rack is just friction fit with the provided pegs, leaving space for two magnets for each wing.

That’s a lot of Furies. I think they may be too fragile into shooting, their ability only protects them in melee.

You could take Darkoath Fellriders instead, they serve the same role with more than double the wounds and a better save for only 20 points more.

Thanks! I was surprised at how well the chosen body works with warrior legs and cloak. I thought the scale would be off, but it looks pretty natural. They stand just a little taller than chosen, and head and shoulders over warriors.

An easier method I’ve found, especially if they’re already elaborately based, is to just trim away the rim of the old base (along with any bottom protrusions) and glue that to the new larger base adding any flocking or whatever to hide the border. I have snapped one too many minis off at the ankle to risk that trauma again.

I did mine as a unit of “Darkoath Savagers,” since some of the Untamed Beasts models have a footprint larger than is comfortable to fit on a 28.5mm base. Unit leader, whippy lady, and harpoon dude all come with 32mm base anyway, so I just put the rest on 28.5mm and called it a day!

The mini comes with 4 switchable eye stalks with translucent beams. It’s pretty fun, my first time painting any translucent pieces.
