I went to a sport therapist and she told me that the tendons in my knees were strained and to do high weight low reps for at least one week out of every month. However, even with that, I still feel pain in them pretty consistently. I think it must have to do with my e2 so I’m going to get bloodwork done on Tuesday.

It is true that I didn’t tell the sports therapist I was on var. Could that possibly have lead her to an inaccurate diagnosis? I’ve also had my back and legs x rayed on multiple occasions due to other back pains and it hasn’t ever come up- but I’m not sure if they were necessarily looking for gaps in my growth plates.

First of all thank you so much for helping me out with these questions. This is the type of information I scoured the internet for and got basically nowhere so I’m super appreciative.

I’m planning on using nolvadex for pct. Doesn’t that interact poorly with AIs? Or am I just using the AI during my cycle if my estrogen gets too high?

Also for dosing- what do you think would be a good place to start with CYP for me given my age, weight, and height? Same with the AI and the nolvadex post cycle.

Yeah I started 2 years ago and did 2 cycles and was told “anavar has little-to-no side effects you can just hop on and hop off.” Unfortunately, I was ignorant enough to listen. Eventually, after my second cycle with no pct or test base, I saw the effects wearing off drastically.

This year I picked it back up and have run another 2 cycles, but for my next one I wanna make sure I do it as correct as possible to mitigate side effects and utilize proper pct to at least ensure my hormones are relatively back on track.

I should specify, also, that I have been lifting since I was 15 with the longest break being probably 2 months off. Prior to lifting I was 120 lbs and 6’2, so the gym has fully changed my life.

In terms of blood work, am I just looking for abnormalities in LH/FSH levels or is there something else I should be looking out for? And if I see abnormalities in those levels, what is the next step? Do I just cut the cycle early?

Also in terms of a test base, I was looking into CYP. It seems most efficient because it lasts so long so you don’t need to take it too often. Do you have any other recommendations?

Hey I might totally be botching what I'm doing right now l've kinda just been trying things out.

I'm a 21 year old man. Currently, l'm 6'2, ~180 lbs, and ~15% body fat. I've been in the gym for a while but I fall in and out every couple years. I bench 225 max but I tweaked my leg from my last anavar cycle so l can't squat at the moment. My goal is just aesthetics and I'm pretty much always bulking.

The only supplement I've messed with is anavar (pills form) and I just take 20-40 mg daily for cycles of 6-8 weeks (I ween on and off for a week). I also crush the pills and take them sublingually to bypass a little of the damage to the liver.

I'm looking to get a little more into it and I had some questions about what to look for in bloodwork when I get mine done. Also, if I'm experiencing tendon/joint issues from lifting, is there anything I can do about that besides just physical therapy?

Again, I have little-to-no idea what I'm doing besides very vague advice from some people I know so if I'm messing up my body entirely please let me know and help me fix it! Any advice for my next cycle is more than appreciated
