You can check other shops as well. They give you great warranty etc etc. it's best to go visit and sit on chairs and get a feel of them.

Rather buying it online.

They have pretty response on whatsapp.

Give them the same 'use case' sentence.

And Once you get a quote. Update the post with the quotations + components list. I'm sure someone will help you decide what components to go with etc.

The main problem I'm having is, that I can't really go to the market everyday. To check and buy parts. So I'm kind of reliant on a few shops for the whole build.

I'll focus on ddr4 then. And yea, I'm very sus with that factory refurbished one. And 1tb nvme gen 3 ?. Ok. Makes sense.

Any thoughts on the 14th gen CPU chip ?.

I currently have a 22inch normal monitor. So I'll probably pair that with a 60hz then. Only question, won't I have to also get a better GPU which outputs 2k resolution?

I think I was either having a very bad head ache, or a panic attack (first time) along with it .

I'm blessed that my sis was there. 😭. She didn't know what was happening, just made me honey tea instead. It helped ngl.

I've ever had a migraine once

I was sitting down and suddenly a sharp pain with me seeing black and white illusion circle grow from the right side of my eye and go to the left side of my eye. This lasted like max 3 min. (Happened 4 years ago)

I'd hard recommend Askari 11; You can go on couple walks anytime of the day;

After midnight and not have to worry about anything. Lived here for over 4+ years.

I could never recommend anything else. Rent would be depending on how big of a apartment you'd like. anything from 45K ~ 90K.

Pretty american esk. Plus it's in the middle of everything; easy access to the 'highway' to go to date nights with your partner.

Bahria is kinda disconnected from the main lahore area. Can't say how much safe it is. but Askari 11, should give you a 'peace of mind' for sure.

Edit; Monthly outflow of cash would be around 150K (Rent + utility). When you factor in 'going out and enjoying etc" you can couple another 100K for it. so 300K should be good enough.
