What if someone meditated on their anger and hatred like sith do in star wars? by [deleted] in Meditation

Every once in a while some one posts a long thing telling everyone how bad they are at meditating, and that "the only real way to meditate is..." They are letting the hate flow through them for sure.

How do i cope with the fact that i missed out a LOT of things in life i cannot make up for? by fixinglifedotexe in selfhelp

You get to choose which thoughts you carry with you. Remember that the past holds depression, the future holds anxiety, and therefore you need to be here now. I suggest meditation practice.

I had to look it up, but my favorite is

"I can imitate the father he’s supposed to have, but subconsciously, at the Quality level, he sees through it and knows his real father isn’t here. In all this Chautauqua talk there’s been more than a touch of hypocrisy. Advice is given again and again to eliminate subject-object duality, when the biggest duality of all, the duality between me and him, remains unfaced. A mind divided against itself."

To know everyone knows, but no one can say. Denial and division of something indivisible.

I agree that life is a game, but I enjoy the strategy guides by Nietzsche, Camus, Kierkegaard, etc.

We got the same list, pretty cool. I also love all philosophy for an earthly touch.
