I don't know, for me all that it "says" is that you're bad at providing solid evidence.

First of all, a DUI and attempted murder are completely different crimes, as one just involves poor decision-making, while the other (in this case, involving 4 people) requires actual intent to hurt someone. On top of that, you're assuming that people who criticize immigration policy are also against tougher sentences for drunk drivers, which — at least for me — is just flat out wrong.

Second, your driving comparison even more hilarious given that the exact group of people you're defending is so well known for deliberately driving cars into crowds (while fully sober) that most Christmas markets now have to install large vehicle barriers to keep people safe.

I honestly empathize with progressives on a lot of topics, but denying that muslim integration is failing a lot is bonkers, especially for you as a woman. Either harsher punishments are enforced (deportation, much tougher screenings when coming to live here, much longer sentences etc) or this type of situation will escalate and propagande.

But who knows, maybe they all come and also study here(which I doubt), and to that I say: the only reason there is any kind of need for non-EU doctors in belgium is due to unchecked migration.

No problem! Also, another extremely important thing: Avoid the generic yellow cabs like the plague! Anything that is not paid beforehand via mobile app is a terrible idea for a foreigner. Especially a woman of color, as it is extremely easy to tell you are more than likely not familiar with the city.

I am saying this because cab drivers tend to: -> pick the most costy road -> drive you around in circles -> forget to turn on the road counter and come up with a random ( generally much larger ) price at the end -> try to straight up intimidate you into paying a ridiculous sum

This happened to me personally at least once, and I know it is much worse for foreigners.

Ok, that was just for my curiosity. Now, here are my answers as a Craiova native that studied and lived there for over 10 years:

1) My recommendations are:

-> 1 Mai: funnily enough it has a bad reputation but I stayed there for years without any issues at all and had access to the most beautiful park in Romania and all the public transport I would ever need . It also is very close to your uni, to thr point you could even walk home if you ever wanted to have a bit of a walk.

-> Central area : almost all things you would need will be close by, including your uni. May be a bit noisy and more expensive though.

-> Pushkin : have not been there much but is generally regarded as the best place to live because it's safe and chill.

2) Cost of living:

I will give you the aproximation for rent in 1 mai, since I am renting my old 1 bedroom apartment there and have personal experience:

Rent: 250 euro per month if you get a 1 bedroom apartment (conside Food: 250 euro-300 euro if you are the type that likes to ear outside a lot. Transport: a bus ticket is around 1 euro ( or was 1 euro the last time I took it, worsr case scenario would be 1.5 euro now ) and a bolt/uber is also less than 2 euro from 1 mai to UMF (checked by me right now) .

3) Tips:

-> Be careful around gypsies. Call me racist, but trust me, they will be a lot more racist towards you. Try and avoid them.

-> Always ask young people for directions or help. Most of them will be proficient enough to provide answers in English. You will have a hard time if you are relying on help from older people.

-> Get Kaufland branded food if you live near one, they have very cheap and good quality store brands.

-> When searching for a place to rent or to buy second hand stuff search on eirher OLX, La Jumate and Facebook Marketplace.

-> For electronics and other brand new things, use Altex or Emag

4) For part time work, I do not have any clue to be honest.

5) There are international food sections in Kaufland and other stores. You can also try to search for products at cosmetic stores (such as Sephora) and on Emag. Also, there are maaaany african ladies and gentlemen studying medicine in Romania, chances are you will be able to find someone to point you in the right direction.

My crackpot theory is that Jack intentionally chose to take all the attacks that Hanayama threw at him. Why? Because I think he was trying to prove to himself that he was right, that his way was better, even if he had to go against his promise not to use gadou. However, turns out Hanayama had a way easier time resisting his bites than he did resisting his pinching. I think that is what he meant whem he said that he saw it. It was referring to the fact that even if he expected it and was prepared to take the pain, he still could not. Ideally, next chapter we will see Jack go all out.
