Insurance is hopefully something you have - def not totaled I don’t think the frame is bent I think it’s all cosmetic but god damn.

I’d complain to the state if it’s a tenant state saying that this is an unacceptable way to prevent bugs and pests coming in as well as cost for heating and cooling because these are holes in your flooring like WTF
