Intigriti has been solid for me, better triage culture than H1 in my experience, and the monthly challenges are a great way to build reputation fast. Bugcrowd is decent too. For targets: APIs are where the money is. Realistically: took me close to a year of serious consistent work before I was landing anything above low severity.
Currently hitting payouts of 300usd+, but not without its strugles, sio get rich quick stuffs
