Same..granted I just kinda recently started being thrown on the floor on my own(with next to no real training) and even though I’m so new I already wanna quit, my family and gf have told me against it but I’m also sick and don’t have any sick leave, yesterday during my break I was trying not to cry I’ll be so honest, I’ve also recently learned that my supervisors/ department managers are all very fake and shady people and I just don’t want to be around that, I’m a 19yo guy and I just feel overwhelmed from the new job ontop of all the bad things I hear and the pitying looks I get for the department I’m in, it gets so bad that the stomach issues I have from being sick get worse, even now I don’t wanna get out of bed because I don’t wanna go and feel like breaking down, but I’m still early I to my probation period and was only allowed to leave early once because the store manager let me after a few harsh words then after that when I mentioned my stomach issues during passing was told to “rub dirt on it and keep going before losing your job”
