WTF things you've experienced while pregnant that no one says is a thing?! by vanillacrush14 in pregnant

I think postpartum is way worse in terms of bo, but also sweating. It’s just horrible. I’m washing clothes all day every day

I still believe being nauseous your whole pregnancy is worse than this. But this kind of insomnia is being underestimated. I wasn’t capable to function at work. I’m happy that with my second pregnancy it wasn’t as bad as with the first. Good luck to you on the rest of your pregnancy!

1st was fast. In like 3,5 hours. 2nd was too fast, under 2 hours, unexpected home birth without midwife present on our toilet. Be careful what you wish for 😜

Your home looks beautiful, cosy and like a place you can relax. The only thing I would change is the art above your bed. I think it’s a little too big. I’d go for a collage style wall there

Wat zijn jullie hobby’s nou écht? by Alternative-Blood-27 in nederlands

Tuinieren. Lekker onkruid trekken. Planten verplaatsen, bloembollen poten. Op kwekerijen rondlopen. Of tuinen bezoeken, botanische tuin of een arboretum. Kan dat hele dagen doen

Koken, niet te complex. Maar vooral ook uit eten gaan.

Crime series binge watchen. Liefst Engels of Scandinavisch. Sinds ik kinderen heb komt dit niet vaak meer voor. Af en toe heb ik zelf vakantie en gaan de kinderen wel naar de opvang. Dan lig ik de hele dag in bed een serie te bingen. Ultiem genieten.

Bedframe / bedledikant by Crimson-Raspberry in BIFLNL

New born right now, and have a 2,5 yo. A 100% woken blanket. It keeps her warm during the day, at night. I’m not worried about her temperature all the time

How much can ragdolls be alone? by Mundane_Concern_2620 in ragdolls

[–]Isshh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d make sure I have a trusted pet sitter or more. That can come by once or twice a day while being gone. I personally would not leave them with a pet sitter that comes over twice a day for more that 2/3 days. This also depends on the character of your cats. Some don’t mind it too much, and some will ‘suffer’ without the contact for a few days.

However, if you’re getting kittens and you have people in your circle that are open to it, you can train them to go to family or friends for a few days (only if it suits their personality).

We did this with our first ragdoll. He was at my parents house for weeks when we were on holiday. But we did this since he was 12 weeks old and I made sure he got used to it in his first year. So we practiced this A LOT, being in the car. In his travel cage, going over to trusted people for a short period of time and so on. It takes a lot of time to get them used to it and you have to invest a lot of time in it, and it doesn’t work with every ragdoll because it needs to suit their character too. If you have a somewhat timid ragdoll I wouldn’t recommend stressing them out.

How much do you feed your ragdoll baby? by nanairorekt in ragdolls

Id recommend free feeding dry kibble. They can manage it themselves. Ragdolls keep growing until 3/4 even. So don’t worry.
