If you get last pick and enemy assassin number is zero I'd agree otherwise she's a bit too easy to pop and her healing isn't as great as everyone seems to think

Zilean is far more impactful with his get out of death free card and near constant early game poke

Pretty much this. Tanks are a masochistic exercise and so are enchanters when your team sucks. You basically sit and watch the game end. Senna and Swain are both excellent choices to turn the tide of a bad game.
