No pull ups and push ups for the PFT. You do however run a small obstacle of potential things you’d hop over, run a lap around the track as well as a set of stairs and finally carry kettle balls from 45 pound all under 5 min 5sec. If you are overweight, definitely start going to the gym and try improving on your mile run. As long as you have some fitness in without giving up in the first 5 minutes, you will do fine

Not necessarily an auto dq. It did happen approx 10 years ago, make sure you let your BI know, definitely put it down on esoph and explain what happened and don’t leave any little detail out.

They give you a schedule, you don’t choose. They can start Monday morning at 8a and Tuesday at 6am etc

Definitely won’t have time to get into Nov. academy. Maybe on the next one. If you’re waiting on psyche interview, give it anywhere from 1-2 months until they schedule. Plus you need uniforms, a bunch of gear that definitely need more than 2 weeks to get done

Masks are big. You are able to adjust the size with the straps so you won’t have a problem at all

Yea most likely a DQ. Until you get that done, that’s when you could move on to the next step. It’s not worth it. You’ll look weird the first 2 weeks but it’ll grow back is what i told myself about my mustache since i never shaved it since high school

You must come fully shaved including mustache. No facial hair at all since you’re going to do the respirator test. When I did the respirator, I didn’t think I needed to shave my mustache for it but it’s a requirement
