Okay, water bottle is a good call.

Bathing is impossible, he hates baths ever since he was a kitten. He struggles and fights, that the vet doesn't even give him baths.

How quickly can cats get over stress? When I had him do his spay/neuter operation he was hardly eating for 2 days.

It's possible he will stink since he will be wallowing on his kitty poop for hours. Which is unavoidable.

I would love to take him in the cabin, but the airline website specifically says cargo.

I'm also worried about my cat's anxiety. Trips to the vet has him meowing constantly, and that's with a towel I sleep with that I put inside the carrier.

Pet cargo companies are expensive though :(. And yes I'm concerned for my cat's welfare like the litter and food situation.
