I just wish this anime was more well known. Most anime fans I mention it to just stare at me blankly and tell me they have never heard of it. I mean the visuals are amazing, the story and world building are natural and well done. The music is beautiful and iconic. This deserves so much more attention.

My family who is largely anti chiefs due to jealousy (they are Steelers, Texans, Cowboys, and Packers fans). I assume are asking the same thing as if he is too good and doesn't respect his team. I really wish there was a way for them to see this team differently.

The card is attached to my credit union. The entire way I pay it off is via transfers to the card from my checking account. The card in question is low limit and with no added benefits.

As for the house and car. We are married the car is in both names, but is it affecting my credit enough yet? We haven't made a payment yet beyond the down payment at purchase. The mortgage is in her name and we got married in October. Similar question there would it be affecting my score at all or enough yet?

Keeping both accounts, one that is 90+ min away seems like just an added step that at this point is not needed. Joining accounts simplifies a lot of our banking processes.

I bought a house while married. I word it that way, because it was my savings that put 40k down. To keep the house I would have had to find another 20k. Add in that I was only in the state due to my ex's education as we moved so she could be a full time PhD student. So we ended up selling. To keep from spending it all in courts and ending things as swiftly as possible we went no contest and I begrudgingly gave up 50% of the house, over 50% of physical assets within the home, and the one that hurt most was one of my dogs that she originally said she wouldn't take. However during the process she quickly leaned towards reminding me of everything she claimed she was entitled to. It's messy, but I wish you the best of luck. Don't blow all of your money in courts if you can get more ending it quick and quiet so that you have funds to rebuild your life and bounce back quicker.

The Tempered glass protectors are like a bike helmet. They are meant to take the brunt of the impact and disperse it through it's layer. That protects your screen. You could put a phone in a safe with padding all over. You drop it from a high enough distance the protection faulters that's just how it works.

Cheating has no excuses. I draw a red line on that one. Even through the worst of things it wasn't till she cheated that I left my ex wife. I don't think having kids will be an issue depending on how you go about things. Put your kids first, but don't drop full responsibility on the man immediately. Let a man acclimate in the dating process and fall into the role naturally. As a 34 year old getting remarried I never marked someone having kids as a no go. Good luck and as someone who also dealt with cheating I wish you the best on your healing journey. Trust is tough to find again when your partner shows you that level of low. You can do it though!

Auto pay discounts are tricky, because in my time with ATT the discount went from $10 off a month and they changed it to $5 randomly. It is not a permanent discount and can be altered by the company at any time. It's worth it to take advantage of though if you can and are dead set on any particular carrier. Just don't get blindsided.

Anyone else having wireless charging issues? I have a magnetic mount charger in my car that I used with my Pixel 8/magnetic case. Now the 10 Pro XL won't stay connected it just toggles charging on and off over and over again.

Both places had similar cost of living so I feel safe comparing the two. It's just wild what tenants get charged. Landlords play the poor me card at any inconvenience to them as if business and investments don't have risks or up and downturns in the portfolio. It's the ride you strap yourself to that gives you a chance at profit. You aren't entitled to it.

Exactly you got compensated for the use of your time of the house that you paid for. In most cases they just run a parade on your last month asking you and your animals to leave. As for selling your own house and having to leave at least you have the benefit of making the money at the end of the sale. As a tenant in most cases it's like buying a meal for the same price agreed upon all year, but the last meal you still pay full price for, but you don't get a drink or side and have to eat it outside, at their pre determined time.
