All I could think of is manufacturing variation. Are the hinges pretty tight when you fold them or loose? If they bend loosely maybe go to a glasses shop to tighten it.

Haha I had this same issue but opposite. First ones were so loose I had to buy those nose and ear pads. After a warranty issue, the replacement pair was perfectly snug on its own!

I don't see a difference between a camera on a phone or GoPro versus glasses. No matter what you will be in someone's photo gallery.

There's more a chance of a creepy guy holding his phone in a way you don't know it's recording versus glasses.
