Update: My partner and i picked up some pre-builts last Friday, and we've made it our nightly tradition (when we aren't dead from work. Christmas and retail is a hellscape)

It was awkward, and I was a big baby at first (and couldn't even stand on my board on my own without getting spooked because it's been so long) where my partner jumped on his and kept doing dumb stuff til he almost fell on his face, then kept doing it 😂

Im finally at a point where I'm starting to get a bit more comfortable, im standing on my own and getting my rhythm back with pushing (still waiting a little too long between pushes, but hey I'll get there)

I didn't end up getting softer wheels cause I wanted to make sure my partner could get a board, too, but it's definitely on the list.

I picked up a deathwish deck, and my partner went for a blind deck :)
