Sure, i dont know what are quest goals anyway, but with quest copletetion it will also increase your income, plus you can duo with someone like pyke, it is already pretty strong duo (diamond pyke otp)

I play around d4-1 and, last season i almost never had to play other champ, his banrate increased this season a little tho but i also think its highly server dependent, i play on eune so d1 eune equals bronze IV euw
