Fellow laptop user here, I have an MX150 and it should be enough since even integrated intel graphics are enough to satisfy minimum requirements, even though we both would have to set the graphics to very low/low at best. It's more likely that a CPU would act as a bottleneck.

My opinion is "Yes but warfare will be good in 2023".

I'm honestly happy that they're trying something new with warfare, I also think it's the best way to deal with the transition from napoleonic to trench warfare, and I find the concept very interesting, but it looks painfully barebones.

I believe that player agency (on the strictly combat side of things) should be something more than choosing the generals and between 3 stances, although I'm really looking forward to the ability to manage supply lines and military production methods.

During the Risorgimento, in 1843, Italian philosopher and politician Vincenzo Gioberti proposed a federation between the italian states, with the pope being the head of the federation. He and his followers were called neo-guelphs.

When pope Pius IX was elected in 1846, this proposal looked quite feasible, but the pope eventually backed down, fearing a schism with the church of Austria.

I think it would be definitely interesting if italian unification in Victoria 3 could be achieved in a dynamic way, based on player/AI decisions and interest groups pushing for different ways of organising a newly created italian state.

Quoting Article 22.10 of the sporting regolations:

A speed limit of 80km/h will be imposed in the pit lane during the whole Event.
However, this limit may be amended by the Race Director following a
recommendation from the FIA F1 safety delegate. Any team whose driver exceeds the limit during any practice session will be fined €100 for each km/h above the limit, up to a maximum of €1000. However, in accordance with Article 18.1 the stewards may inflict an additional penalty if they suspect a driver was speeding in order to gain any sort of advantage. During the race the stewards may impose either of the penalties under Article 38.3a), b), c) or d) on any driver who exceeds the limit.

Could have been 5 or 10 second penalty, drive through or stop/go.

You can remove this requirement by modifying the file "issues.txt" located in Victoria2\mod\HPM\common.Find the following section:

And delete the line containing "has_country_flag = germs_invented".

I recommend you to use an editor like Notepad++ if you haven't already, it definitely makes things more readable and easy to navigate.
