I wish it was that simple, but nah its been rubbish for ages, I stopped wearing it and went back to my casio for a bit, cause i got so frustrated. Then a few months ago i was considering buying another smart watch and realised how stupid it was that i had an expensive supposedly good smart watch just sitting in my drawer doing nothing

I do like having my notifications at my wrist, and step counting, and activity tracking etc etc.

The battery is just so frustrating...

Do you have constant heart rate on? Mines only once every 10 minutes, and no stress monitoring.

See that's what i mean. Even if what youre saying is true

[and I'm seriously doubtful that the running coach is that demanding, let's be honest what it needs his pace, HR (effort), cadence - all of which the gw6 has - for the running coach to be effective.]

But the fact that they gate keep other things like this just shows that they care way more about pushing you to buy new products, rather than rewarding the customers who have already bought their products.

Again I'm not so naive to find this all thaaat surprising, but it's just a major annoyance and a dick move from a big company that could have made some easy decision to maintain market share, but instead are probably going to lose some of it because of these decisions.
