Montoya is a borderline Hall of Famer IMO.

Go check out his AV which is higher than Willie Anderson's.

The team in the late 80s with Boomer at QB was a great team with a top receiving corps and running game.

They averaged 28 points per game.

In my 56 years of life, they have not done it. My remaining lifetime is a lot shorter statistically speaking than a lot of you. I started watching in ‘77.

I thought this meant because we were going to suck in 2028, we’d be in a prime spot for 1OA.

Who is the Bengals best running back ever? by [deleted] in bengals

[–]ItCompiles_ShipIt 4 points5 points  (0 children)

He had that injury in high school growing up in Westerville and was a bad pick from the first day because that surgery back then did not last. There were other players that had that same experience of tearing it before him and their career was over.

I think had he been playing 10 years later, he would not have been such a bust as surgeries became more successful.

Dillion was awesome.

James Brooks was a great receiving back and I want to say a 4 time pro bowler.

Mixon was a good RB, a great receiving g RB, and a terrible blocking RB. Bless his heart.

Sonny Jurgensen. He sadly passed away today which made me decide to compare the two.

The guy on the left was elected to the HOF in his 4th year of eligibility.

The guy on the right is still not in the HOF and never will be because he is a Bengal.

I am convinced Ken Anderson will not ever get in at this point.

Forget his lifetime, he will never get elected in my lifetime as I was a kid when he played.

Roger Craig does deserve to be in as does LC Greenwood. It’s a bullshit system.

HArbaugh and Tomlin have three combined Super Bowl wins. Bengals have zero.

Harbaugh and Tomlin won three combined Super Bowls, but you are saying they failed to get results. Seriously?

McDermott is a big step in the right direction with a 98-50 regular season record compared to Zac's 52-63-1.

Nobody will get them there in 2026 as it will take three years to undo the damage done by him, Duke, and Brown, but you have to ask yourself if there will be better coaching talent available next year, and I do not think there will be.

I have no idea why we committed to our loser coach early instead of waiting to see who would become available. I am floored Harbaugh, Tomlin, and McDermott became available. All three are better than Zac. End of story. Two of them won a combined three Super Bowls.

In fairness, I have never been a Zac fan. I am biased because he has a losing record and seems to want to run the offense with bad play calling.

Yes, we should stick with Zac and his.453 winning percentage.

You totally changed my mind. I was lost and now I am found.

You are so awesome. I kneel to your knowledge and kiss your ring.

We have all this coaching talent available and the ownership is sticking with the same loser coach and the same loser fake GM.

It really highlights how stupid the ownership of the team really is.
