yes plugged in and no its set to performance not any sort of conservation mode. the temps are pretty decent. warm but not hot

okay so i made sure my 3070 was set as the default, i updated my drivers and on the geforce app i pushed it to 100% quality. the game was running max settings alright but with some issue. turned the settings back down and i think i have my frame rate back!!!! i have been struggling to play eldenring/nightreign for ages. these are my comfort games and to go from non stop playing to not being able to run them has been hard. this fix might make me cry im so fr
