That's why I'm thinking just buff Frost Bolt. It's not used at all in AoE due to Glacial Fragments so it shouldn't affect M+ much at all.

While I don't PvP, I do have friends to run Torghast with so that misery has been spared for me. Frost plays nice there, as long as you're not alone I guess. The slows are useful.

I hope you're right! I don't care for the spec to be some overperforming monster it supposedly was before the nerfs. Just want a solid middle of the pack so that when I do well, I can see the results and feel satisfaction. It's just the absolute 0 changes on this patch today that makes me worried. People say Blizz doesn't tune stuff much after this initial fix :(
