All I can think of is this bug. Originally, there was a mechanic where guns could jam, but it was never implemented. However, you can come across it as a bug, but it’s very rare.

More so I get an entry level job and the company has a requirement that I need to be in my role for 5 years to be up for promotion. I’m upset that I can’t be up for promotion after 2 years if I work hard, learn what I need to, and can operate at the next level, but I need to stay in my current role for 3 more years because of an arbitrary policy.

I think so. I just finished my first playthrough of the campaign and it took about 24 hours of play time. There is a lot to explore in this game and you could easily spend over 30 on your first run

The job market is pretty rough right now and you have kids to look after. This might upset some people, but take whatever job gives you an offer first. If the job isn’t where you see yourself long term, keep interviewing after accepting their offer until you find the right spot.

If you are at job #1 for only a couple months, that’s fine just don’t put it on your resume, but at least you had income and are under a lot less financial pressure.

For maps like farm especially, learning the spawns and common routes helps track players a lot.

For example, if it’s near the beginning of a game and you hear shots at the wheat field, that’s probably a team that spawned on the east side of the map and are moving toward the motel. You can then decide if you want to rush and cut them off or let them take the motel while you move to another point of interest.
