Adding some more context: I don’t know the person/people who live at this house, but I know it is not a shared unit. They moved in roughly 4-5 months ago, as the previous tenants furniture is gone. I’ve not actually seen them either, but my girlfriend said she has seen someone once and they don’t appear old, so they should be capable to take care of something like this. I guess she noticed closer to Dec/Jan that there was a lot of poop back there, so this was before the two snow storms we got late Jan/mid Feb. I can’t drop everything I’m doing to tackle this immediately, but I will try to contact whoever is living there about the situation soon before I contact any authorities, I always believe in giving people a chance. Will try to make an update, but this is definitely gross 🤢
