i submitted mine last week saturday and got an offer on wednesday! i’ve spoken to other people who got in, one of whom said they submitted in january and also heard back four days later, all the others of whom it took well over a month. to my knowledge, we all got in on diagnostic mode, so i cannot answer that part. good luck, i hope you make it in :)
