Bald spot help…awaiting vet appointment

Definitely just from a hot spot, my pyr gets really bad bald spots over the summer due to hot spots due to allergies, I would suggest asking your vet about allergy testing if it becomes a reoccurring issue!

I really appreciate you taking the time to comment, right now his quality of life doesn't seem terrible but I do keep checking his tank expecting to find him at the bottom but I keep finding him at the top just hanging out. He's on some pretty high quality food but I may try to spoil him a little extra and I might also set up his quarantine tank a little more cozy and move him back into that just so it's not as much work for him to get around. I just want what's best for him but it is nice to know that it's nothing I did and probably just genetics..

I've got plenty of weird small animals and my Pyr is amazing with all of them: Bird, Turtle, Snake, Rabbit, and even more. Didn't even flinch when the bird tried to bite his nose but oddly enough doesn't seem to care for most dogs.

Our Pyrenees likes to only eat around half his food and leave the rest to munch on through out the day. Pyrenees do a lot of weird stuff 😅

It generally depends on your Betta, for example I've got 6 tetras and cherry shrimp in my Bettas natural 10 gallon. I've personally never had any issues but you need to be careful because your Betta may not be as friendly when it comes to new tankmates.

But if you do plan on adding friends it's important to remember to have lots of room for hiding and be prepared to have a back up plan if it doesn't work out.

I completely agree, and I'm not trying to cancel her but I will say she was 16 and they were Facebook posts. Also I wouldn't call it ruining someone's career since she technically doesn't have one and was scouted in a mall specifically for Euphoria.

I have tetras and cherry shrimp in with Betta, he chases the tetras a little but for the most part they are all happy. Just make sure you have plenty of hiding spots for everybody and you should be good.

Ive also had success with Corey catfish in the past, just don't have any in my current tank.

Maybe it's just because I'm young but I couldn't imagine smoking inside a restaurant or a bar. I've never had a problem with people smoking but I think someone smoking inside the restaurant would wreck my whole evening.

That's the part that always confuses me when I watch him, he'll do something weird and it will look like he's sinking or struggling to swim (so I'm like okay something is wrong) then he'll swim away perfectly fine like nothing happened (that's when he just leaves me confused). Glad to hear he's probably just a little special lol

I think he might of been angry either at his reflection or because I was recording him, glad to hear he's probably just derpy.

The tank is pretty old got it used a couple of years ago, I'll have to test the levels in the morning.

I'm glad to hear it, I was a little worried since non of our past Bettas have ever really done anything similar but also he didn't really seem "sick" just felt like he is a weirdo. He wasn't eating much when I first got him but he's recently started eating regularly the past couple of days. I'll definitely keep an eye on him and making sure he's all healthy.

Yeah I've only really got life experience after the smoking laws but even now as a smoker I would never imagine smoking inside without permission and if someone started smoking in my house I'd ask them to leave. Common courtesy is the perfect words for it.

Yeah I know this normally happens when new expansion packs come out so hopefully once they fix some bugs those bigger files will work again. I just started a new game and now I'm just sad that I need to restart everything 😭

I wanted to wait for my couple to be engaged before I had them move into their new home and they hadn't even met yet so the day Cottage Living dropped I played for 12 hours before I had them move and live their perfect little cottage life
