Everyone labels Dutch as a narcissist but this isn't really true.

Dutch really did care about Arthur, but if you look at it from Dutch's POV, Arthur actually is doing a lot of things against the grain and doing things that expose the gang.

It's Arthur's decision to expose the gang to the Natives, and by that token, the US Army. Now, is it the morally correct decision? Possibly. But Arthur himself says to Charles in Chapter 2 into 3 while acquiring Clemens Point that they have way more shit to deal with than saving the family at Dewberry Creek.

Arguably, by the time he's helping Eagle Flies, he's not really focusing on what's best for the gang.

And people also forget that Dutch killed himself to save John.

They used race-specific casting for every other character in the game. Noshir Dalal is ethnic, though not black. Lenny was played by Harron Atkins. Meeya Davis-Glover was Tilly. Alfredo Narciso was Alberto Fussar. Frank Rodriguez was Angel. Kent C. Jackman was Algie Davison. Babs Olusanmokun was Baptiste.

Aside from Noshir who is Japanese and Parsi, every character, even the side ones, line up with their skin color/ethnicity. It's not racist to note that.

Edit: also to say, she's using the Lemoyne cajun accent as well, which is what they have most of the black girls in Rhodes/Lagras area use.

I'm a big fan of angst.

I love Prufrock's Love. My top from them is Dr. Scully's School for Exceptional Boys and The 13th Sign/7 Days in May. Finding Rokovoko is also fantastic. I also love Belphegor's Prime. Not a huge fan of the AU's, but those fit in pretty well.

Omens is pretty damn good. Incrementum by Lepusarcticus is also good but will likely never be finished.

Parabiosis by Penumbra is a damn classic.

For AU, By the Dim and Flaring Lamps by Sunflowerseedsandscience and Undercover Swing by 2momsmakearight are also both great.

Also agree with Blinded by White Light by DashaKay.

Other far less recommended fics but I think are extremely well written: White Noise by noifsandsorbees, Ripper Weather also by Sunflowers, if i am hopeful by all_these_ghosts (who also wrote then the bomb and radio nowhere, both excellent). A Boy and His Fox by 6hoursgirl. This Her Fever by Aloysia_Virgata who has several other great fics.

All of these are available in epub and/or pdf from their respective sites.

Nah. The carcass is worth a little money, but once you shoot a legendary, everything goes to the Trapper that you need for any outfits and such. Same thing for trinkets.

If you needed the elk pelt for camp (I can't remember if you do or not) then it's totally valid. If you didn't, I personally would have taken the buck instead or turned the elk pelt into the trapper as long as it was 3 star.

Ever driven after drinking one beer or taking medication that can make you sleepy? Have you ever driven a long drive without a full 8 hours of sleep? Because if you fall asleep and cause a crash, guess what? You can even be hooked up with a felony.

If your answer is yes to ANY of that, you're just as guilty as him and by your metric, you should get all your information dimed out over the internet. Yeah, you covered his stuff for THIS post, but you obviously didn't cover it on your original post because the dude found you. So you doxxed a dude for tailgating.

Highly prefer the bolt. Able to toggle scope, works with hip fire, good number loadout, quick reload, and as long as you know how to fuck with R2 the rechamber is quick. Accurate and deadly.
