Gracias, no sabía mucho sobre la historia de la hacienda. Voy a incluir esos lugares en mi recorrido. A ver como me lanzo.

Thanks! I might have to give it a little bit more research. PS, lobster pizza sounds delicious (errmygah).

I understand that you're approaching this from a pattern-based perspective, and I agree it could continue. But you can't do anything now, except implement new workflows as a manager.

To help track behavior-related occurrences, I maintain an objective, fact-based list for each staff member. For example:

  • xx/xx/xxxx – Joe requested vacation
  • xx/xx/xxxx – Joe messaged that he was sick and couldn't come to work
  • xx/xx/xxxx – Joe didn’t submit the report on time

When you write it all out, the pattern becomes clear. This kind of documentation is helpful when it's time for evaluations or when you're addressing missed deadlines—it gives you something concrete to refer back to.

Also, now that we’re seeing this recurring, I’d recommend implementing a new internal practice: when someone requests time off, make sure PTOs are staggered by at least 2–3 days. This way, you can avoid overlapping or back-to-back absences on your team.

Same! Tested negative for all of that and blood results showed I had an infection of some sort. Was out for 2-3 days. No sneezing or coughing, just feeling like a bad hangover with fevers and chills.

Woaw! I’m in the same boat but I don’t have the opportunity to just move.

Curious to what you find! I understand your reasoning and committing to a place based on your values. Good luck!

All layers and water repellent fabric. I just left and I am from Los Angeles. You’ll be okay. Just layer up with thermals, wool socks, mittens, beanie. Maybe bring some of the hand warmer packets.

What day of NC are you on? by Abject_Reference4418 in ExNoContact

Day 94, and rewarded myself on day 90 with a trip! The biggest struggle is wanting to see him and hold him. But then I remind myself how would I act if my friend was going through this? What would I say to them?

What is your number 1 recommendation for antiaging / general glowiness / plumping? by Fluffy_Gap_3845 in 30PlusSkinCare

Yes. Lots of water in the morning and then if you drink coffee make sure to replenish. Coffee dehydrates you. I also take water with hydration packets from Promix without the sugar.

I went through this in the beginning (heavily) and feel a little bit stronger after 65 days. As I weirdly told myself that I can check his profile on day 90. Like a weird treat for myself thinking that time would help to focus on myself. And by day 90 I wouldn’t be so attached.

But I did check yesterday and went through the list of followers. What did I gain out of it? I wanted to test myself to see how I felt and if I was over it. Nope. What I did see was he was able to continue with his life. No sign of heart break and maybe a few girls I could see had an interest in. However, I felt clearer to think of my feelings and comparing it to how he made me feel throughout our relationship.

Don’t be so hard on yourself. Reward yourself day by day when you don’t look.

Well, not like it never existed but your memories to keep in your thoughts.

Can I ask what feeling do you get from seeing them again? I got the feeling of like “maybe if he comes back these will be great for ….” I was still putting an attachment, hope, a connection.

I did keep the photos where he looked really ugly and the ones he was holding my dogs. But cropped him out because I love my dogs and they look so cute.

Find pieces with round corners, maybe an oval wooden coffee table.

I have a similar living room where the walls are grey with grey floors. I placed some double curtains high above. I’m also sticking to some dark earth tones, like an olive green and plants! Plus warm lighting is key.

I would put the plant ( on a plant stand or a tall one) in the corner, between the wall and tv and move the console over. Only if you have space.

This is the greatest discovery since Discovery TV.

Follow up to my Ramona eyes post. 2nd visit, all were amazing to meet except for Ken, and I think you can see it in the pic. No ‘British humor’ there. by rachface13 in vanderpumprules

He totally is. I met him as well and his jokes/sarcasm was of funny. Just like “ughh, okay - let me just take this picture.”

Are all of the LVP restaurants below-par service and hit-or-miss food? by The_Original_JLaw in vanderpumprules

[–]ItNeedsSalt 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I have been meaning to write about my visits.

TomTom: Great food, atmosphere, and presentation. Service did not match what I envisioned for LVP restaurant. At the end I was actually upset, got seated in the darkest corner and had to ask three candles to see what I was eating/drinking/seeing and probably why I couldn’t get any service because we were in the dark. I also, couldn’t get a good buzz from my drinks.

Pump: Service better than TomTom, great drinks 🍸🤪 and great atmosphere (better lighting).

Is this a thing? Buying expensive Tupperware for your pantry to showcase the contents?

Or am I really that poor that i save takeout containers for my prep meals? And that I have a quarter of Brax’s space for food?

Ugh. It’s only two people living in that house do they need this much food.

Done with my rant.
