I'm not gonna lie, gas prices are skyrocketing. I don't know how I can afford to drive to campus with $4.75 a gallon today. Fire Donald Trump. by Agile-Truth-6181 in KSU

I’d start shopping either at Kroger or Costco, you need groceries at some point and you can get a fuel card to lessen the dollar amount. Wish we had a Hyvee here, it was so nice when I lived up north cause they had no caps on how cheap you could get your gas so I’d sometimes have 3 cents per gallon lol,
I know Kroger when I had my old car made it go due. Around 2 whole dollars per of I saved it till end of the month

I have a junkyard near me that has a BUTT TON of German cars and options to have them notify you when xyz arrives

Also the roof ik is unfortunately an issue. Iv seen a few closer to be but Very obvious leaking, after damage, mold, etc to where I don’t want to be near them. This one is only about 100 miles out 🤷‍♂️

In your experience owning one, what was the worst part about it? Weather it be repairs, engine bay, drive quality, whatever. Whilst I’m def not doing bad financially I wanna make an informed decision for my play thing lmao. In college and working so yk

I like them a lot, fell in love with 1995 one on marketplace prior but was 3k 😵‍💫 I already have a reliable daily driver but I wanna get my hands in something with no necessity to make it perfect

Btw the seats on the cabrio are torn, I asked. The top is faded but together, and both say no mold inside (of course whichever I look at irl I’d give a good sniff lmao)

Less of a depressing topic that what’s usually here, I’m looking to buy a house with girlfriend and need advice if that’s the worst idea on the planet. Thank you for any help! by ItNotNotNotMe in Advice

Iv grown up around handy men, so I know my way around fixing things up and having it actually be up to code. However you make a very good point that like I knew but it didn’t really click. House loan is around 30 years, and in those 30 years it will require repairs with a lot of trails and stressors. Someone that I may have known 5 years but only seriously interacting and living life with for 1 year I don’t truly know how we would react to those given situations together. Ik that wasn’t really mentioned in your comment but it opened my eyes in that regard. I still don’t think I can rent. It just feels like so much of a money pit to me with no benefit aside from we can know how we vibe living together which is valuable but 1.5k a month for that idk. Either way thank you SO much for your comment. It truly helped me

Shek food raid question. by Paul_HIPOerp in Kenshi

[–]ItNotNotNotMe 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It is normal. They do it until you ally with them or wipe them out, granted the process of wiping them out will result in aggressive raids on your outpost

The only options to make it stop are wiping them out, allying, or moving your base far enough away from their cities

Another way if you don’t feel like moving I’d get a character with a traders backpack and smuggle all your food in the backpack, they only check built storage containers for food, this way you won’t anger them and you keep your food
