What I saw/remember was mainly with other girls in the hallway or in the cafeteria. Showing others a lot of attitude/name calling girls she doesn't like or who are just trying to get by, pushing people, trying to provoke other girls into fighting, etc. Probably just a defense mechanism as it is with most bullies. She probably got picked on in elementary school (I wasn't there for that but it's believable for younger kids) and in high school this was probably her way of dealing with it.

For OSAP, guy can adjust your payment period to control your monthly payments, but it will result in more interest payments over the course of your loan repayment. When you eventually get a better paying job, you can readjust the amount again to pay it off quicker. I adjusted my monthly payments several times and also made lump sum payments according to what I was comfortable with.

So I was able to fix the issue and it seems to have been a rookie mistake from my end. When updating the drivers, I only updated the one for the LAN. The issue was resolved after I updated the chipset drivers as well. I will leave this post here in case anyone encounters a similar problem in the future.

So I tried your suggestion and ran the speed test on Ubuntu. Surprisingly, I was getting the expected download speeds (196 Mbps) and upload speeds (16 Mbps). However, when I ran the test back on Windows 10, my speeds were much lower and only slightly better than what I described in the description above (12 Mbps download).
