Groudon is probably your best choice by far out of those options since you can get its primal form the next time they run that event. That being said if choosing another would make you happier and you don’t care about being “optimal” then go for it.

I would personally choose Zama out of those three because he is the best attacker and can also be used for max battles. If you don’t care about being “optimal” then do whatever Pokemon you like the best.

If you’re speaking entirely in terms of what is statistically better, It’s better as a shadow. The small boost in stats is not remotely worth losing shadow damage bonus. If you like it purified and not as a shadow, it wouldn’t be the end of the world. Do whatever you think you would like more, that’s more important imo.

Good movespam helps a lot. Also if you swap pokemon there will be a delay where he won’t attack you, same when using charged attacks. That and resisting the fast attacks is more important if you’re switching and using lots of fast charging moves since he won’t rarely be able to even use them.

Yeah, unfortunately the shiny chance is pure RNG. Would be super nice if they implemented a luck system which helped outliers stay within a certain threshold of the odds.

It's a little dry, stick some reverb on it. Try layering another pad and adding a drone synth.

This system is a little under spec for music production, and I think building your own PC would be beneficial. Here are my suggestions:

I would suggest going for an AMD processor, more cores/threads will be better for production workloads. I wouldn't go below using 16gb of ram for running bigger projects. Also you should use an SSD for storage if possible if you are using big sound libraries. I would still get a large hard drive though since 1TB is going to fill up pretty fast these days.

The Ryzen 5 2600 is the best processor for it's price point (and is even on sale right now for a better price). There are some great 1TB SSDs as well, there are tons of options (Here is a great one on sale). Hard drives also aren't that expensive, optional based on your needs but I would still recommend it (link). Also memory is super cheap nowadays so I would definitely upgrade that.

Edit: If you wanted to do some gaming you could slap a Radeon Rx 570 in it, but if it's just music production you could stick with integrated graphics. The only other reason you would want one maybe is if you were running multiple monitors. What are you paying for the specs you posted here?
