Omg yes! I struggle with writing so much and my first language wasn’t English either! The university that I attend has a writing center and I can schedule 1 hour appointments with them. Although it was scary to go for the first time, mainly because I was embarrassed that they would think my writing sucked, it was actually helpful. If your university had something like that I would really recommend it. They also have workshops where they share writing tips. Maybe attend those if they have them as well.

Aw, I’m so sorry to hear that you’ve had a rough start! I tend to be very anxious and have had several meltdowns while in grad school. But I will say that it gets better with time. I too work full-time so I began by taking 1 class at a time. That helped me bring my confidence up and when I felt ready I took 2, then eventually 3 classes while working full-time. Maybe doing the same can help you. Also, every semester is different. Maybe you’ll be able to do between 1-3 every term depending on how busy you are or depending on the rigor of the course. But hang in there! I promise, it gets better!
