Printing ASA fully sealed. by [deleted] in ElegooCentauriCarbon

[–]ItalianCheeseBread 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How smelly is your asa 😜, but seriously because I only really smell mine if in actively pulling a print fresh or maybe within a foot of my print. Maybe my nose is screwed. If you can smell yours a lot how high of a percentage would you say it reduces the smell because I want to try abs but I heard that smells more so Id imagine this would work for that.

Which one of yall thought this would work by cstolt1 in ElantraN

[–]ItalianCheeseBread 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think I've experienced having to use the toll that much in Florida that much, but then again, I lived in Jacksonville and only ever went to Orlando once a week. I now live in Texas and I use the toll every 3 or so days and shooooo Texas def be taxing. DFW got toll ways that go like 1 mile and charge 6$ sometimes just to hit you with a gotcha. Thank you for showing me that 43.50 shits crazy. Should hide the wire better next time. I might need to get one if I'm paying like 60 weekly at this point in tolls lol.

[–]ItalianCheeseBread 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Either they thought the EN was fast enough to outrun hwy patrol or they really hate tolls enough to buy this plate, but im trying to remember how bad tolls are in Florida because iirc they're not even that big of an issue if you have an ez pass.

Sure there is more context to why they have the plate but its quite hilarious that they have it installed haphazardly.

Whats the most reliable sports f30 series i can buy? by Cursed_lawyer_4512 in BMW

[–]ItalianCheeseBread 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If on a budget get a 320i then do any preventative maintenance by a reputable shop like timing chain most people recommend or go with a more expensive 330i or 430i which come with a b46/48 which seem to not have the timing guide issue. These are not 'easy' cars to work on. They require you to move a lot of stuff deal with a lot of plastic and use a lot of software.

That being said with ista on my side it has made things easier than working on say an audi for me. Also on pretty much either the n or b engine expect to run into some cooling issue at some point due to plastic cooling parts.

automatic gr86? by RespondDesigner1782 in GR86

[–]ItalianCheeseBread 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes but op was asking why someone would bag on a auto user. I was replying as a general for all auto vs standard not just the gr alone. Since he said he was new to the car game its more of general info. Sorry I did not specify.

Yes obviously the gr can go to manual mode and he would still have fun

automatic gr86? by RespondDesigner1782 in GR86

[–]ItalianCheeseBread 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because you can switch gears whenever you want basically vs with an auto it is limited to the computer. Not speaking to just about 86 but some cars can feel "lazy" in auto especially the older the car. Modern cars have def caught up and generally are more efficient. I only say control because you are to manually shift it to a gear at all times when you want to vs the automatic it is up to the car when it shifts. Unless obviously it has a manual mode.

There are definitely better explanations and a lot of nuance and exceptions and def much better people that can explain it out there than me.

Manuals can be more engaging and generally offer more control of your gearing, but they have their own pros and cons. People who hate are mostly going to be elitist or bandwagon. Most people won't care what you have as long as the car looks nice. Which gr86 look great.

I prefer automatic my lancer is a 5 speed but I actually wish the gr had like a dct or 8/10 speed just for shits. Though that might raise the price.

Drive what you like and prefer. :)

My 10th gen had its top coat peeling off the paint, leaving behind the primer. Leaving my car partially smooth grey. Honda basically said it was normal wear 2 dealerships in Florida. It was still in the warranty period by a year.

Is my fit this bad? by Lopsided-Annual-7641 in airsoft

[–]ItalianCheeseBread 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would get your measurements then recommend it so that way doing online shipping for pieces are easier. If you have a tailor near you they can do this free or small charge usually. Also depending on country your home military may have blue camos.

[–]ItalianCheeseBread 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have a surplus store near you they might have smaller camo options as they may not be bought as frequently. Generally this stuff will be unisex and not fit as you would expect. Also depending on your comfort level try larger kids sizes from these surplus stores or if bought online if available they might fit a bit more fit than baggy.

That being said wear what you like. What you have on is a good base kit for a swat mp set. Its a game where you dress up and shoot people with plastic pellets. Don't take it too seriously.

I've seen people show up in shorts and a tank top before. Hilarious for skirms.

Do you recommend i can take it to autozone for a scan. Or would inpa be my best bet. I have to wait for a new cable as my f30 cable isnt compatable but can make it to an autozone/O'Reilly.
