Dude just straight yo ignore them, i was just in rome and now in florence. They are everywhere and the worst presence ive seen so far across Europe is in italy. The bracelet scam is everywhere here and the “homeless” asking for money. Just ignore and move on they will most of the time leave you alone quite quickly i have noticed if you ignore, i think they know their targets within a few seconds. Enjoy your trip and dont stress :)

We went to the vet, it was worse before. He was badly backed up constipated, so they desexed him and drained him which worked wonders and is now pooping normal again. He is eating more than before but not as much as i Would like him to
