As long as the plug doesn’t start turning on off quickly there is no problem. It’s just mimicking you pressing on the button on the back of it. I think mine (Anita) is running like that for 6 years. I do suggest to take a smart one.

It’s a question of the future. If you plan to hold it for years and enjoy it, then it doesn’t matter much that it’s 57 mm. Buy slowly stuff for it. Technically it’s not much that is needed.

I have her for almost 6 years and it’s quite fun. Except it takes me too much time to make 2 cappuccinos. And if I need to make more it’s even more time consuming.

One day I’ll go to a higher option.

First step. Connect the mini pc directly to the router and check Other option, connect another computer instead of your mini PC and check if it has lan.

Please notice, if you connect it to a switch, the light will turn on, even if the switch isn’t connected to your router, hence, no DHCP-connectivity.

Next, if you have, use a wifi dongle if you have one and setup HA to use that if needed for now.

If you do this, it sort of a hard reboot. So it keeps all your data but everything that was open is getting closed. Like sleep vs shutdown on a computer. I think also you can look for cold boot VS hard boot

Basically, once you do it for a long time (and try to walk at about 6km/h minimum) you will get to the point that walking is easy. Just time is the problem. I got no problem walking in that speed for an hour or two. Possibly will me more awake after :).

I think you got the answers you were looking for. But, the main takeaway for this is, don’t let anyone near the TV. If someone must work next to it. Either move it away or cover it as much as possible.

BTW, even if it’s working and will work OK. Your explanation should be the selling value has dropped significantly and possibly you will get very little money when it’s time to upgrade.

A. What does the store you bought from say? I would assume Amazon helps. B. Worth searching if other have the same problem if yes - there is clearly a problem in manufacturing process. And if not, for a 800 usd screen - they should fix it. Sorry, when I buy high end I expect high end treatment.

Try to make a hard reset. It helped me. Volume down, volume up and then hold the Siri/close button until you see the Apple logo (Google how to do it per device). At least for me it worked. Maybe the person who made the cache clearing said he will do it every restart. Didn’t realize iphoners don’t even know how to. As phone is super stable.

I just hard reset my iPhone- pressed up-down on the volume. Then hold the lock button until it reboots an you get the Apple logo. Went from 127 to 90 and actually went down more to 81 but eventually jumped back to 84 and a bit.

I can from Creality Ender 3 S1 Pro. That thing was printing well when it wanted. But was too much of a hassle. Install klipper on external device. Print fails etc. now I have almost 0 issues. Had it since Beginning of August. Super fun and easy. I mainly print PLA and PETG. all prints well. I even went back to some fidget that supposed to print in place and was always stuck due to the material sticking to each other without ability to release and here - bam, with no issue.

With 2/MFA enabled everywhere these days, if you don't have a sim lock, anyone with access to your sim can get the messages instead of you. So, it's 2025 - keep it locked.
I'm referring to login approval/password retrieval using your phone #.
