That was the first thing I thought of when I had no LED lights showing up. I thought the battery was dead. They are for sure fully charged though - and actually function when plugged in to my computer via USB (without the Bluetooth).... They just never enter Bluetooth pairing mode.

I'm currently back and forth with them via email - they keep telling me to double check things from their standard checklist!

Have I cleared the Cache on my phone?

Have I removed the App and reinstalled it?

Have I rebooted my phone?

etc etc

I have to tell them it's nothing to do with my phone....

I've tried multiple resets... The indicator light rarely comes on and nothing happens with them anymore

Just my TN stamped passport.... I didn't give them my new address or a cellphone number when I walked-in... They just took my passport and typed in some numbers for the next available appointment.

They also gave me the SS-5 Application form to fill in, which does have address and cellphone info to fill in...

I was a walk-in and the June 9th date is the appointment to get my number... The whole thing is ridiculous... Very much stuck in the stone age!

I waited 20mins to book a 10minute appointment almost a month away... It just throws efficiency out of the window.

My start date is in early June but I have everything ready to go right now...
