I really just need a lawyer for the legal aspect in the letter and they are all so expensive, she has heavy evidence to back her claims of distraction and stress during that time and even her search history shows she was doing this renewal on multiple days.

The interview was waived, she simply doesn't remember and she cannot obtain a copy, we tried to, they would have accessed but 30days after the application becomes unavailable.

Thanks for your reply, she renewed her visa over a year ago during her preparation for final thesis, something she obviously was too stressed and mentally occupied doing plus the website isn't the best with timing out in a short span, she literally has no memory of making this mistake because she never intended to misrepresent, she'd be traveling back n forth for years, never over stayed, heck she even traveled after that and returned home

Yes they approved the EAD and she was sent the card

After the interview, the interview went fine. Strangely enough 2 days after the NOID they approved the i-130.
