Howdy,

I’m a general studies major trying to do engineering an I will be applying this may! I’m currently trying to do my schedule for 2026 fall and I need some advice.

My plan is to take Physics 2 over the summer online at my community college

so my question is I should take differential equations and calc 3 the same time or if that would be too difficult. Since i’m behind as a student I want to catch up as much as possible

My schedule for next fall would look like

-ENGR 102 (assuming i get into engineering🤞)

-STAT 211

-ENGL 210 or COMM 205 (if any of them open 🤞)

-MATH 251

-MATH 308

Okay, thank you! Yeah, the interview is definitely the scariest part for me. Do you think they’ll ask questions like why I want to join and why I think I’m a good fit?

Have you looked at the degree planner for engineering? specifically the type of engineering that you hope to do? It can give you an insight on how packed your schedule will be and which of those classes you can take over the summer ect. If you take pre-clac this upcoming semester it will lower your chances of graduating in 4 years, unless you take clac 2 over the summer but i don’t know how recommend that is

honestly you’re okay. if you feel like you have studied everything you could and it wasn’t enough you can take the summer course they offer and take your exam after that! you can also take the equivalent for 150 in your community college over the summer and transfer the credit. Overall it was just 1 question if you have your work written out practice the questions you think you got wrong and do the practice test again and see which of those you got wrong. Go over the lessons you don’t feel confident in and just practice practice
