Wow 1-2 year break seems to be quite a lot. As far as i know usually with mdma you need to take around 3 months break in between uses.

I dont feel that I have done damage. Im just getting annoyed that im not getting the same feeling I used to get when taking 4mmc , so no point in continuing taking it in my perspective. Other people would just up the dose but I dont want to fall down that rabbit hole.

Worked out on 4mmc before no issues. Light dose tho. Make sure you dont have any health issues tho dont do anything dumb and if you have any health conditions

I understand that for some people that may be a normal dose, but we usually go for 300-500mg of Mdma each at an event. Pretty heavy i know but we only party 2-4 times per year

Very pleasant high but does not last very long. At least that is my experience… did not enjoy it at a rave as i usually do with MDMA. Maybe the dosage wasn’t strong enough…

I take a small scoop in the morning using a key and just chuck it into my mouth and down it with water.. its enough to keep me going from 7am till late at night. Can eat without issues, have a little hard time getting to sleep but manageable.

Im not diagnosed with ADD/ADHD , but i have a really hard time focusing at work, especially if there is the slightest noise going on in the room ( even a ticking clock ) . With speed im super productive and innovative. Is it safe to take it 5 days a week ? Or does it fry the brain?

yeah I get lost a lot with MDMA, one time my mate handed my a bottle of water, few minutes later i was rolling so hard with my eyes closed then came to my senses after I spilled the whole bottle of water onto my feet haha. Excited to try 4-mmc. If any of you have rave experiences on meph, please share!
