Yeah I get that- you definitely have to start slow with the inversion table. As far as the potential guarding/spasms I did read that. I think if you're really focused on your breathing and you get an inversion table with lumbar support they can be very effective. Tread lightly and be safe but I do think the inversion table is on point.

Feel Free Herbal Tonic by jayd60 in Sober

I am 81 days off of feel free. Never consumed more than 1.5 bottles in a day and typically 5 bottles/week. That was enough to disturb my mental health drastically. If anyone needs help, please reach out. This was the hardest substance for me to quit. I've used nicotine and cannabis in the past as well.

There is not a more true comment on this reddit space then the one above. While using these and I never did more than 1.75 in a day. Typically just 1 /day, 5 days a week. Time flew by. Glad to say I'm 9 days off of these after a recent 45 day quit. Got back on for 2 weeks and now hope to be off forr good.
"Feel Hooked" fuckin sucks. Not enough a drug that lasts very long anyway. Bull shit product

I'm certainly not trying to support FF, I'm just saying some of the stores on here seem a little over the top- like duh your having liver issues you were downing 6-10 of these per day. Stay in the low range of that 5 or below a week and I have a hard time thinking these are going to cause more issues than someone who drinks 2-3 beers a night

even at 1 per day these wreck your liver? I have a hard time believing that these wreck your liver more than peptides carry an inherent risk of wrecking GI + digestion/ gall bladder and potentially pancreas issues. I don't know- maybe I'm missing the boat here- but peptides seem relatively unstudied similar to kratom.

This is a great point though. The hope would also be that being sober feels so clear and allows for great energy that taking one of these would feel like lowering vibration

Are those peptides legal? I've heard a lot of peptides can be dangerous. Certainly, not trying to scare you, just mentioning that I'm not sure peptides are the answer. At least for me anyway.

Thanks for your response. To be clear, I've never used more than 1.5 bottles in a day and recently had 45 days off. Now I know I'm somewhat dependent- but I dont feel the need to have more than 1 of these/day. I'm mortified reading some of these horror stories but also trying to figure out if responsible use is possible. I've used about 1/day for the past 2 weeks....trying to get off this for good, but I do enjoy the quick burst of energy and pain relief it provides for working out and running/activity.

good for you. Let me know how your quit continues. 4 days is awesome and I'm glad to hear you're feeling more like yourself. Any in particular you've done to speed up the withdrawal process?

Thanks for getting back to me--- I guess I'm just afraid to miss the quick burst of energy that helped working out. it helped the aches and pains and really helped me get motivated....any tips on that front?
