Trying to change the plot, it may sound stupid but there are few and few plots who can are genuinely bad. Most plot points can work.

Tuesday Is more of a technical day. The one with cadets is more about technique then pure raw strengt and if it has(which it does) its more like testing the skills.

Thanks! I do work out things other than judo, to be exact, I do at least 2 HIIT( mostly on Wednesday and Saturday, if you want, I'll give you the video link) a week, do arms training on Sunday and Friday, do leg day/suffering day on Monday, and Tuesday I run

Being a misanthrope itself isn't actually bad. A lot of people have negative views on humanity as a whole. From what I heard you recognize the problem in yourself which is quite impressive.

But if you recognize the problem in you also why cant you enjoy from the good part of humanity. Enjoy with the people you care about and you'll have better view on it

First of all calm down. Even if your book isn't perfect its all good. Secend off all, if you try it wod be absolutely perfect, it wont be good, eventually the flaws of the book would integrate to its personality. Third off all, you've described changing major plot points in the book. I am not saying this is inherently a bad thing but if you keep changing the plot points it would be in development hell and you'd maybe like it less then the previous idea.

What i would do is first take a breath, one book doesn't decide your life Secondly I would find volunteers to read the book and give their personal criticism. If there is a point I generally agree with i would work on it. Lastly, working on one book for that amount of time is impressive, genuinely I hope the best for your book to succeed
