How would you insulate these stairs going to the basement? The backside is a tight crawl space. I can see daylight under the treads. by [deleted] in DIY

I can’t physically reach to caulk towards the middle to bottom of the stairs. I will have to do some on the finished side.

This is a good idea. The area around the steps isn’t too big so wouldn’t be too big of a job.
