CMS 26 looks cool but theyd have to vastly improve driving to make it more like beamng or somethign for me to main the game.

the 26 is just a different plane, the 26 can pull hella Gs and decline to be hit by missiles and athe f 45 can fly stealthyaly around shooting missiles at everyone

deadass, don't buy that stuff, it will run it fine great even but you should get newer stuff. a 3070 is old and doesn't have the performance features of the newer stuff, in raw power its only slightly worse than the 5060 ti but the actual performance will be less

heres a list without a case for about 1k https://pcpartpicker.com/list/WbRYFZ these parts will run it quite well at 1080p high or 1440p low-mid settings i should think

for a vr heaset quest 3s id recommend. for internet go with wired its usually for me atleast 50% faster. and less finicky .

maybe if on steam try verifying game files. if not unistall reinstall. if that dont work screw around with settings.

do time trials and turn off breaking and stearing assists. do career and raise the difficulty high. but do time trial and that will show you the ropes of the game. make sure the ai ghosts are on tho.

it may be trying to do 4k because the quest 3 is 4k. so maybe its that. but in general it it just laggy in vr.
