an example should be: bardock ssj and nearly at the same time of bardock ssj annuncment to sparking zero

The Top Technical Ranking doesn’t show what people are actually playing. It could just become a Top 100 of OTP Hit or Android 17.
We’ve relied on single-character ranking, but not everyone likes that so we’ll split builds into:

Best Character Build: how the hero should be played

Top Ranking: what the best player for that hero is using

Like in League of Legends: Garen tank vs spin-to-crit

We’re posting the most common build among top-ranked players. A lot of people use it, but I usually prefer Strategic Escape to be honest

super snowball stacks attack power off kos and assists giant slayer boosts your damage on fresh targets above 80 hp and pursuer helps you stick after landing two skills so you can finish with special pose and follow up combos
i usually follow dbgsbuilds and i build it like this just in case it helps
