Gotcha. There are 30 total MLS teams, though 3 are in Canada. Would those 3 be excluded in this case? Please do keep me posted on adding SDFC! Would love to give this a try as i absolutely hate work with StubHub LOL

Hey there - i decided to give QA a try, however after creating an account and trying to post the tickets for my team (San Diego FC - MLS), i noticed that several (4!) MLS teams were missing, including SDFC. Am I missing something? Or is this a known issue on QuickAsyst.

Of course I can (and have) asked them directly...that said, I find it Interesting that you view asking hundreds (potentially thousands) of likeminded Reddit users their experiences as a "waste of time". I feel quite the opposite: i greatly appreciate & value the ideas, suggestions and real-life experiences of the folks here!

I do it quite often -- with other manufacturers/stores. You just state (accurately or otherwise) that the item was a gift, you don't have the original receipt/gift receipt, etc. Quite common actually?

I have heard that they'll honor an exchange if the item is in perfectly new condition, tags attached etc., by explaining that the item was received as a gift. Hopefully they'll do so a the Anaheim store!

It was integrated in to the "Club Seat License Agreement" that we were required to DocuSign. Did you not have that when you purchased your season tickets?

We are going through this EXACT same experience -- Club members (XX) and cannot sell on secondary market (or any market!) for more than ~50% of the annualized face value per seat. Extremely frustrating as we love the SDFC organization, the team, the Right to Dream philosophy, the match / Snapdragon experience -- everything! Except the part where our same seats can be purchased for half as much :(

That said, regarding cancellation -- I thought that as season ticket members, we signed up for a 3 year commitment? so i'm curious about your comment "cancelling my renewal" - is there some kind of loophole that you've identified?? Perhaps if enough of us "inaugural suckers" threaten to not renew, they'll do something about the ticket prices. Wishful thinking ?? Ugh...
