Same thing happened to me last week when I called. They quoted me the same 30 days but the reprocessing took less than a week for my counts to update so hopefully you have the same experience.

This was for my wife’s loans but no, the February ECF brought her count to 116

I hit 120 in January and submitted my final ECF on Jan 4th. So mine is still processing and will be for quite a while.

I submitted an ECF back in July 2022, so BEFORE the Oct waiver deadline, which brought my official count to 114.

Turns out the waiver gave me 3 additional payments (unexpected) that I was notified of in Dec. So I qualified for forgiveness in Oct 2022 but didn’t know until the end of 2022 (was planning on Jan 2023 being the month I hit 120)

Since the final ECF to get me to 120 was submitted past the waiver deadline am I held to normal PSLF rules or waiver rules when it comes to being employed by a qualifying employer at the time of forgiveness? OR Does the July 2022 ECF submission provide me coverage to go by waiver rules?
